Use this form to register as a Volunteer in support of our various activities.
Complete the contact information below, then click on the Volunteer Committee heading to view specific events and to select specific tasks at those events for which you’d like to volunteer. You are encouraged to select multiple categories and events.
If you don’t wish to sign up for a specific task at a specific event, simply indicate your area of general interest (ie: Communications, Fundraising, Photography, Chaperones etc) in the “Notes/Comments” field below.
♦ On submission of the form, your information and selections will be saved to our database and provided to the appropriate Committee Chairperson.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ANHS MUSIC VOLUNTEERS:
♦ The Director of Bands and Volunteer Coordinator for the Event/Task will coordinate with registered volunteers when making final plans for the Event.
♦ Some events may require fewer volunteers than have registered.
♦ Registering as a volunteer for a particular event/task does not guarantee your participation in that event – final decisions on volunteer participants rests with the Director of Bands.
NOTE: Some volunteer tasks (e.g., Chaperones, Coaches, Uniform Assistants etc.) require that parents be registered with the Capistrano Unified School District as Tier I or Tier II Volunteers, and have a current district-issued ID card. Adults will not be allowed to chaperone or board a bus carrying students without the proper District clearance and ID. Please contact Mr. Weinberg for more information and review the District’s Guidelines.
♦ Volunteer help in Logistics and Uniform pre-game assistance is required at our home football games.
We request that you register for each home game that you are available to assist with Uniforms. You must be registered as a Tier I Volunteer and have a CUSD-issued ID card to assist with uniforms.
We do not have specific dates listed to sign up for Logistics positions – please sign-up to help during the upcoming 2015 Season and our Logistics Chair Erik Gjovic will contact you as needed. You may also simply meet our logistics team at the ANHS Band Room at the end of the first quarter of each home football game if you wish to help move the pit instruments to the field.
If you’d like to help at our home football games, use the sign-up heading for the area in which you’d like to help: Logistics, Uniforms, etc. We’ll be in contact to ask for your assistance as needed.
Need to change your volunteer tasks? It’s easy! If for any reason you need to cancel or change a task for which you’ve volunteered, simply enter your e-mail address in the field above and hit the “tab” button. The system will retrieve all your previously volunteered tasks, displaying them under each of the specific events as checked boxes.
To “unvolunteer” for a task, uncheck the checked box next to the specific task. To volunteer for a new or different task, click the open box next to the task and a check mark will appear in the box. Once you’ve made your changes, enter a random number between 20 and 50 in the appropriate box at the bottom of the form and click the “Add Volunteer Record” button to submit your changes. Your changes are now made and stored in the system.
